Just got home from the Patuxent Air Expo. A wonderful airshow with great weather today.

Yesterday at Bombay Hook

Went to Bombay Hook yesterday and found some foxes.  Click on link above to see images.  Steve Vogel and I went to shoot red knots and horseshoe crabs and after that we ventured over to Bombay Hook NWR to see if last year's foxes were still around and we found a momma fox and three kits.

Right around the second pond.  We had a great time photographing the little kits.

We had a female goldfinch at the feeder today. She must not be in very good shape, because she allowed me to get very close to her. I used a 150 macro lens to shoot this photo.

Smoky Update

I had to work at the gallery today and had no internet.
